Professional experience and entrepreneurial thinking led the former owner Dirk Hidde to found former owner Dirk Hidde founded the company Hidde GmbH in Hagen-Haspe.
The entrepreneur had set himself the goal of promoting special machine construction and the automation of work processes in the region and to develop and implement solutions for customer problems.
Over the following decades, the customer base of Hidde GmbH grew beyond the region. At the same time, the expertise of the team of employees also increased as a result of constantly new challenges and the implementation of solutions. The successful history of Hidde GmbH has continued to this day with the sale of the company and the founding of Hidde GmbH & Co KG. Within the JDT Group, Hidde GmbH & Co. KG has a firm place with its expert knowledge and is geared for the future thanks to the synergy effects of the group.
OUR BACKGROUND
The experience gained in special machine construction and automation technology helped Dirk Hidde to become self-employed in 1988. Dirk Hidde founded Hidde GmbH in Hagen-Haspe.
Since the year it was founded, the medium-sized company has operated as a special machine construction company with a focus on automation technology and has steadily expanded its customer base across all sectors. Dirk Hidde tackled the issue of succession planning for his company Hidde GmbH at an early stage, which was successfully resolved with new ownership and the founding of Hidde GmbH & Co KG. Dirk Hidde's broad knowledge and experience continue to flow into the company in an advisory capacity. The joint ownership of Hidde GmbH & Co. KG and
J. D. Theile GmbH & Co. KG in Schwerte and their division JDT Robotics, which has been involved in industrial automation for more than 15 years, a strong partner has been gained.
The cooperation between the two companies has already resulted in high added value for our customers after just a short time. The field of application ranges from simple manual workstations to robot-supported production cells.
