INDIVIDUAL SOLUTIONS
We offer robust and durable solutions for your assembly processes in which several operations need to be carried out simultaneously. Our assembly cells are available in a wide variety of designs and are tailored to your requirements. We have already implemented other assembly cells in conjunction with robots, handling units, drilling devices, 100% testing and much more.
Depending on the complexity of the task, various degrees of automation are conceivable. Production options adapted to the number of pieces and parts are relatively easy to expand. Manual workstations can be flexibly adapted to the planned production. Together with our customers, we plan a step-by-step expansion up to a fully automated assembly system if required. We can offer you the perfect solution for your production.
In a semi-automatic assembly system, a worker pre-positions components in fixtures and checks that they are in the correct position. In subsequent processes, the pre-positioned components are assembled together. This is followed by a 100% inspection. All assembly processes are checked and rejected if the result is not OK. result without the worker having access to the components.
